Child protection policies are a commitment to an attitude that understands, respects and values children and adolescents as bearers of rights. Due to the special protection needs of children and adolescents, our research group has developed its own child protection policy in cooperation with the Austrian League for Child and Youth Health.

The legal measures in spring 2020 in connection with the Covid-19 pandemic brought massive changes to psychosocial care offers for children and families. In this manual, the experiences of the study participants in the areas of working in a team, use and application of digital offers and management in times of crisis are presented.
